Strong experience in .Net Core, Entity Framework, Azure Cloud and Razor Web Page Development
The successful candidate will participate in a diverse functional team to develop a set of ASP.NET Core applications using EF Core to manage a COVID relief program interfacing with various Azure and MS SQL services.
One application contains the public-facing pages allowing submission of emergency assistance through submission of various details required to evaluate an applicant's situation.
The other application is a customer service portal application allowing administrative staff to review, audit, and authorize approved application. This application contains functionality to do internal and third-party audits and validation of provided application information with the goal of reducing fraudulent applications.
Desired qualifications:
2-4 years of experience developing ASP.NET or ASP.NET
3-5 years of experience designing and developing applications leveraging backend databases, centralized identity stores, or dynamic Internet-facing application services
1-3 years of experience developing solutions using Azure serverless technologies
1-2 years of experience working Azure DevOps, SDLC, and deployment pipelines
Experience writing .NET Razor Pages or similar language
Experience with Cognito Forms, Citrix Podio, Logic App, Azure Power Automation

Business Analyst (MDM/EBX)

Job Description: The Business Analyst will be a part of a dynamic and fun environment where you will be responsible for understanding business strategies and capabilities for Master Data Management, provide advice, assistance and leadership in any area associated with effective business use of MDM systems, and establishing requirements for the implementation of changes in processes, organizational roles and responsibilities and MDM service delivery. Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
· Identify current and emerging business needs and evaluates alternative IT solutions using standard information systems methodologies and best practices
· Collaborates with business and technical teams and owns the MDM requirements and specification elicitation and documentation
· Acts as a point of contact for overarching MDM requirements and functional specifications
· Works with Data Stewards in obtaining the specifications related to Match-Merge-Consolidation rules, and Governance Workflow
· Proactively understands the current-state data issues, future-state MDM application requirements and success criteria, and documents traceability
· Reviews QA team's deliverables
· Assists Scrum Masters/Project Manages and Product Owners with Sprint Planning and prioritizing the deliverables
· Proactively seek out strategic business opportunities for the application of new or existing IT capabilities with IT leadership providing key opinions and comprehensive strategic analyses and insights to help Client strategic uses of IT products and services
· Develop domain expertise for key master data domains (customer, supplier, material, and other critical objects) to enable direct participation in data conversion activities in support of implementation projects
· Will interfacing with MDM or source system owners on data cleansing and governance
Effectively communicate end-to-end impact of master data to business and technical stakeholder groups
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or STEM degree, Master's Degree Preferred
· 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst with strong experience in Master Data Management. Preferably, someone with EBX MDM experience
· 2-4 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) is a MUST
· Worked with various intake/development methodologies - Waterfall/Agile experience preferred – experience in independently processing requests through methodologies (gathering approvals, properly documenting, etc.)
· Experience with various data sourcing techniques identifying what data is needed to meet analytics requirements as well as proficient means for sourcing the data using the proper technical tools
· Ability to effectively communicate complicated data and analytics related subjects with both business and technical teams
· Experience having meetings and workshops with the Business Users to document their language term definitions, processes, etc.
· Should be able to create and present robust requirement specifications including business cases, use cases, user stories and non-functional requirements.
· Experience in working and collaborating with various senior business stakeholders and vendors to get the requirements signed-off.
· Must be client-facing, go-getter, and hands-on
· Must be able to work independently with minimal direction
· Self-Starter, motivated and proactive with strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple efforts
· Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and leadership skills with the ability to quickly build credibility, influence and make recommendations to all levels
· Problem-solving; ability to break complex issues into manageable pieces and function successfully in a high-pressure, quick-turnaround environment

Requirements:
· Scrum Master certification
