Job Description

 

Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with hands-on experience in AI/ML-driven projects to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, define AI use cases, support solution design, and ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI/ML and data-driven initiatives.
• Translate business problems into clear technical and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Developers to define solution architecture.
• Support use case identification, feasibility analysis, and ROI assessment for AI solutions.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews).
• Assist in UAT coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure alignment between AI solutions and business objectives.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, predictive modeling, LLMs, automation).
• Experience working on data-driven or AI-enabled projects.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Python basics or data workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
