Job Title:  Manhattan WMS 
Locations: Memphis, TN / Wilmer, TX / Bethlehem, PA / Byhalia, MS (Any Location)
Visa: H1B 

Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Manhattan WMS Technology Lead with a strong warehouse management background. The candidate will provide L2 support, resolve production incidents/service requests, and coordinate effectively with warehouse operations and offshore teams.

Required Skills:

• Manhattan WMS
• SQL
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• L2 Production Support
• Incident & Service Request Management
• Onsite-Offshore Coordination

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Manhattan WMS
• 8+ years of overall IT experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support for Manhattan WMS applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents/service requests
• Work closely with warehouse operators and business stakeholders
• Perform SQL queries and data analysis for issue resolution
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for support activities
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations and system stability
