Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer II to design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable, and responsible AI-powered solutions that improve onboarding processes and operational execution across enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI workflows, LLM integration, automation frameworks, and production-grade AI systems. This role will focus on implementing multi-step AI orchestration, tool-use patterns, human-in-the-loop approvals, and intelligent workflow automation to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and enhance operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered applications using modern LLM and Generative AI technologies.
• Build and deploy agentic AI workflows involving:
• Multi-step reasoning
• Tool calling
• Autonomous task orchestration
• Human-in-the-loop approvals
• Integrate AI services into enterprise production systems and operational platforms.
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and backend integrations for AI applications.
• Implement secure and responsible AI practices including governance, compliance, monitoring, and auditability.
• Work with structured and unstructured data pipelines for AI model consumption.
• Optimize prompt engineering, retrieval workflows, and response quality.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, DevOps, and security teams to deliver enterprise AI capabilities.
• Build monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for AI systems.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of deployed AI applications.
• Support CI/CD automation and cloud-native deployment strategies.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Python development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience building Agentic AI systems and AI orchestration workflows.
• Knowledge of:
• LangChain
• LangGraph
• CrewAI
• AutoGen
• Semantic Kernel
• RAG pipelines
• Experience with vector databases such as:
• Pinecone
• FAISS
• ChromaDB
• Weaviate
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as:
• Microsoft Azure
• AWS
• Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and security best practices.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
