Role: Lead Pega System Architect

Locations: New York, NY (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications using Constellation UX and modular design principles tailored to BCM and Insurance workflows
• Define reusable components and frameworks that support product lifecycles
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to align technical solutions with business goals in financial services and insurance
• Mentor development teams and conduct designcode reviews with a focus on domainspecific compliance and scalability
• Ensure seamless integration with external systems such as payment gateways trading platforms and insurance data providers

 

Experience and Skills:

• 12 years of Pega development experience with 3 years as a Lead System Architect
• Pega CLSA certification is mandatory
• Deep knowledge of Pega Infinity features including Constellation DX API and DevOps pipelines
• Experience with Common Data Model and enterprise integration patterns
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

 

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $60 - 70/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
