Role Overview
The SAP LeanIX Implementation Specialist will support the Integrated Tool Chain project by implementing, configuring, and integrating LeanIX with related platforms including SAP Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, and ServiceNow. The role includes tool setup, access management, data migration, and multi-system integrations to establish a unified enterprise architecture and process ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Tool Installation & Setup - LeanIX
• User Access Management – LeanIX
• Update Process Maps in SAP Signavio and integrate with LeanIX
• Set up integration of SAP Cloud ALM with LeanIX and Signavio
• Perform data migration from Alfabet to LeanIX
• Integrate LeanIX with ServiceNow for CMDB, workflows, and automation
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
• LeanIX certification(s) preferred (EA, APM, or Cloud Module)
• Training or certification in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, ArchiMate) is an advantage
• Understanding of ITSM, EAM, and process transformation frameworks
Experience Requirements
• 5–10 years of IT experience including enterprise architecture, application portfolio management, or toolchain integration
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with LeanIX (APM/EAM/Cloud modules)
• Practical experience integrating LeanIX with SAP Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, or ServiceNow
• Experience in data migration from legacy EA tools
• Experience in digital transformation or integrated toolchain programs
