Job Title: Lead Business Architect (Pega LBA)

Location: Hybrid – Onsite from Day 1

Interview Mode: In-person interview required

Experience: 10+ years

 

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Architect (LBA) with strong expertise in Pega to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in business architecture, requirements management, and end-to-end Pega solution delivery while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

 

Key Requirements:

10+ years of overall IT experience

Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) certification obtained on or before January 2022 (mandatory)

Strong experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into Pega solutions

Hands-on experience working as a Pega LBA on large-scale enterprise implementations

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to work in a hybrid onsite model from Day 1

Willingness to attend an in-person interview

 

Open to non-local candidates, provided they can:

Work onsite from Day 1

Attend an in-person interview

 

Nice to Have:

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Exposure to Pega BPM, Case Management, and Decisioning frameworks

Prior experience in regulated or large enterprise environments
