Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Technology Consultant with a strong blend of technical expertise, business analysis acumen, and analytics capabilities to support our National Sales and Engagement Team. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in healthcare technology consulting, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights, optimizing business processes, and enabling strategic decision-making across clinical and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:
· Act as a strategic partner to healthcare stakeholders and internal sales teams, translating business needs into analytical solutions.
· Design and implement analytics solutions to support sales performance, customer engagement, and market expansion strategies.
· Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales trends, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, data engineering, and sales operations to deliver scalable solutions.
· Analyze healthcare data (KPIF, Medicare, Medicaid etc.) to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks.
· Provide insights to optimize sales targeting, territory planning, and customer segmentation.
· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and data governance standards.
· Support the implementation of CRM systems, data integration platforms, and analytics tools.
· Deliver presentations to stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis.

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analytics, or related field.
· 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, with significant exposure to healthcare organizations.
· 5+ years of experience in business analysis and analytics roles, preferably supporting sales or commercial teams.
· Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Word, PPT and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
· Experience with healthcare data standards and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
