Role: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL — Hybrid (3 days onsite, non-negotiable)

Duration: Active modernization program — multi-month engagement

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements reviews with stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Translate business requirements into detailed Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Manage and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and related artifacts within Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate and support system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Assist with deployment planning, change management activities, and production cutover support.
• Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders, including executive leadership, regarding project status, risks, and key decisions.

 

Required Qualifications

• Azure and DevOps environment experience
• 5+ years of BA experience with Agile user story writing in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• End-to-end implementation experience (design through cutover)
• Strong stakeholder communication up to the executive level

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Familiarity with change management and organizational readiness activities.
• Experience working in cross-functional, enterprise-scale environments.
