Location: WALTHAM, MA

Rate: $57 /hr on C2C

 

JD:

Competencies: Experience (Years): 6-8

Digital: SAP SuccessFactors - Performance Management, Goal Management (SF-PMGM)

Digital: SAP SuccessFactors - Learning Management Systems (SF-LMS)

 

Role Description:

Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System and Succession Management

Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment

Handling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients' needs

Expertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reporting

Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration and Succession Management

Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module

At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements

 

Essential Skills:

LMS and PMGM
