Job Title: Senior Software Engineering & Technical Solutions Team (Spring Boot, React, GCP, Postgre)
Location: Remote

Overview:
We are looking to assemble a product-aware, cost-effective engineering team. This team will support both core platform contributions (high-rigor, multi-tenant SaaS banking) and FI-specific customizations (lower-criticality feature work).
The ideal partner provides a combined capability across backend, frontend, mobile, and technical requirements decomposition.

1. Engineering Capacity Requirements
A. Senior Backend Engineers (Spring Boot Postgres GCP)
We need experienced server-side engineers who can operate in a regulated, multi-tenant SaaS banking environment.
Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Spring Boot microservices
• Ability to build/modify REST APIs
• Experience writing Flyway DB migration scripts
• Proficiency with Postgres (Cloud SQL); understanding of BigQuery/BigTable
• Ability to navigate security reviews, DB reviews, and internal deployment pipelines
• Experience pushing code across lower environments → PT → Production
• Understanding of enterprise-scale fintech, compliance, and multi-tenant architecture

This is senior-level work—small changes may impact millions of users and require disciplined engineering.

B. Front-End / Full-Stack Engineers (React)
We need developers capable of building user-facing journeys across responsive web and mobile.
2. Requirements Intake & Technical Decomposition Function
We need a Solution Analyst / Technical BA / Product Engineer function that can transform vague FI requests into actionable engineering requirements.
Responsibilities:
A. Functional Decomposition

• Break large, ambiguous asks into clear functional modules
• Identify dependencies, business rules, architectural impact, and feasibility

B. Developer-Ready Requirements

• User stories
• Acceptance criteria
• Data model impacts
• API changes
• Edge cases & error conditions
• Security/step-up authentication requirements

C. Estimation & Prioritization

• Size/estimate work
• Evaluate product impact
• Fit work into roadmap/sprint planning

3. Product-Aware Engineering
We need engineers who are not just coders, but product-integrated contributors.
Required Mindset & Experience

• Understanding of how changes impact 17M end users
• Ability to think multi-tenant-first
• Focus on reliability—avoid outages in shared banking platforms
• Experience balancing FI customizations with core product stability

4. Support for Two Work Streams
A. High-Criticality: Core Product Enhancements

• High user scale
• Heavy engineering rigor
• Must ensure performance, security, and zero-regression
• Multi-tenant impact awareness

B. Lower-Criticality: FI Custom Integrations

• Fewer users
• Shorter turnaround
• Less governance overhead

We require a team that can support both simultaneously without overloading core engineering.
