Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Automation QA Engineer with strong experience in Java-based test automation frameworks, REST API testing, and Salesforce platform testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with custom test scripting and frameworks (not limited to codeless tools), as well as a strong understanding of clean coding practices and automation best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom automation test scripts using Java, Groovy, and REST Assured
  • Build scalable test automation frameworks for UI and API testing
  • Collaborate with developers and QA leads to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure best practices in testability and code quality
  • Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Test user access controls and permission models within Salesforce (Access Management)
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in Java and familiarity with Groovy
  • Hands-on experience with REST Assured or equivalent tools for API testing
  • Deep understanding of clean code principles and test automation architecture
  • Experience with custom UI automation scripting (Selenium, TestNG, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce testing, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Exposure to Access Management testing within Salesforce environments
  • Experience working in Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines
