My name is Mayank, and I am a Technical Recruiter from Empower Professionals Inc. We are sourcing for a "IT Project Manager" role and it's a long-term contract with possible extensions.

 

Rate: $60/hr on C2C | Fully Remote 

Role: IT Project Manager (20461-1)

Location- Remote

Duration: 12+ Month

 

Role Scope / Deliverables: IT Project Manager:

·         Position Summary: The IT Project Manager manages and delivers all aspects of IT projects.

·         This person is responsible for all aspects of assigned projects from project initiation through delivery.

 

Key Skills:

• A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on project management and/or work in a formal enterprise IT PMO.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/Scrum best practices.
• PMP and SCM certification a plus.
• Experience in delivery of successful Enterprise level IT projects such as ERP, CRM, EDW, eBusiness, Master Data Management (MDM), financial systems and mergers/acquisitions projects.
• Proven ability to lead groups, manage project deliverables, and maintain customer relationships.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma Experience/Certification, FDA Computer Systems Validation, or M&A/Integration experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated skills with project management tools. MS Office, expertise with Excel, Visio.
• Demonstrated expertise with various industry PM methodologies including AGILE and Waterfall.
• Experience serving in the role of a Scrum Master.
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
• Effective ability to lead and train teams through sprint planning, retrospectives, and facilitation of multiple sprints within enterprise environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
• Strong leadership skills. Excellent analytical and technical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
