Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 14+ years of IT experience, including extensive expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce implementations, leading development teams, and providing technical leadership in large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud as per business needs.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
• Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews, performance tuning, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the Salesforce team.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to define technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 14+ years of IT experience with at least 8–10 years dedicated to Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, governor limits, and performance optimization.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Git, Jenkins, or similar) for Salesforce CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and SOQL/SOSL queries.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers.
• Salesforce Certifications (must have): Platform Developer II, Salesforce Application Architect, or System Architect.
• Additional certifications (preferred): Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Integration Architecture Designer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
• Knowledge of middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
