Role Description: Senior Program Manager Infrastructure

Job Summary

Legal General America is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure programs that support the organizations strategic technology initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in IT infrastructure, program governance, and cross-functional leadership to ensure successful delivery of enterprise-scale projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure programs including data center transformation, cloud migration, network upgrades, and enterprise platform rollouts.

Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.

Establish and manage program governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks.

Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistency and avoid duplication across initiatives.

Manage budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.

Provide guidance and oversight to project managers and technical leads.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across business and technology teams.

Support continuous improvement and innovation in infrastructure delivery practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.10 years of experience in program and project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure.

Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional infrastructure programs

 

Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are highly preferred.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), networking, data centers, and enterprise systems

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., insurance, financial services).

 

Preferred Skills

Experience managing geographically distributed teams

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies

Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and technical teams

Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.ce)
