Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Lead

Rocherster, NY (Remote)

Contract 

GC/ USC- C2C 

 

Required Qualifications:

 Must have Oracle Certification in one or more of the modules.

• Must have a minimum of three full-cycle implementation experience or have provided applications support at Payroll and Time and Labor.
• Must be familiar with how HCM Core, Absence, Time & Labor and Benefits impact Payroll processing.
• Must be familiar with statutory requirements and Oracle functionality to meet them.
• Must have excellent analytical and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the US/Canada.
• Must be able to work from our clients' offices on a regular basis, as needed.
• Must have great interpersonal skills with a pleasant demeanor and a positive attitude.
• Must be willing to work longer hours when needed for the projects.
• Must be Fluent in English – spoken and written.

 Job responsibilities:

• Ability to relate to the clients' business and understand their business processes.
• Conduct requirements workshops independently with clients.
• Documenting business related requirements.
• Solutioning the requirements using Oracle HCM Payroll Applications.
• Research and provide solutions using analytical and problem-solving skills.
