·               Support Relay SaaS texting platform enhancements and bug fixes, ensuring it functions as intended and aligns with product owner requirements.

·               Collaborate with IT and product teams to handle migration-related workload, providing extra development capacity

·               Perform development and testing activities, including writing test cases and validating fixes to meet tight deadlines.

·               Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Mark for pipeline insights, IT for "Patient Reach" analysis) to assess workload, identify risks, and ensure smooth integration.

·               Troubleshoot, optimize, and deliver improvements in Relay workflows while ensuring high reliability and readiness for production use.
