- ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) development services help businesses integrate data from various sources into a central, standardized data store, such as a data warehouse, for analysis and reporting.

- These services involve building pipelines to extract data from different platforms, transform it into a consistent format through cleaning and validation, and then load it into a target system.

- Key offerings include data migration, pipeline overhauls, integration with different systems, and the development of custom solutions to meet specific business goals and maximize data value.

- ETL skills include proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling, experience with ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, or SSIS, and scripting language skills (Python, Java) for automation.

- Essential soft skills include problem-solving, communication, and the ability to understand business needs to design effective data solutions.
