Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Consultant with a strong background in General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP) modules. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in implementing, upgrading, and supporting PeopleSoft Financials applications. Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and end-user support is essential.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft FSCM with strong focus on GL and AP modules.
• Experience with PeopleSoft versions 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.5x.
• Strong knowledge of business processes in finance and accounting.
• Familiarity with Workflow, Approval Framework (AWE), and integration tools (Integration Broker, Web Services).
• Solid understanding of PeopleSoft security, roles/permissions, and tree manager.
• Experience in working with technical teams to translate business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI, Kibana dashboards, or PeopleSoft on Cloud (OCI, AWS).
• Knowledge of other modules like AR, PO, AM is a plus.
• Professional certifications in Oracle/PeopleSoft or Finance (CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Exposure to Agile/DevOps methodologies is a plus.
