Job Summary:

 

  • We are seeking a Zuora CPQ Architect who is hands-on and experienced in designing, implementing, and optimizing Zuora CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to communicate complex solutions to business stakeholders,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Zuora CPQ implementations, ensuring solutions align with business requirements and best practices.
  • Hands-on Development: Configure and customize Zuora CPQ solutions, including product catalog setup, pricing models, rules configuration, and quote templates.
  • Salesforce Integration: Integrate Zuora CPQ with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using REST APIs and middleware tools.
  • Business Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize Quote-to-Cash (QTC) workflows, including subscription management, amendments, renewals, and billing processes.
  • Data Migration & Reporting: Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems to Zuora CPQ and design custom reporting solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth project delivery and knowledge sharing.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Zuora CPQ.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and experience integrating Zuora CPQ with Salesforce and third-party systems.
  • Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, including quoting, amendments, renewals, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Flows, and Process Builder for Salesforce integrations.
  • Ability to design scalable, business-centric solutions and clearly communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.

  • Zuora Certifications: Zuora Administrator,
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Sales & Service cloud consultant, Platform App Builder.

Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Zip Implementation Specialist with deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) within procurement processes. The role demands someone who can hit the ground running, with minimal ramp-up, and add immediate value to an evolving procurement digitization initiative.

As project scope has shifted, Zip experience is now a non-negotiable requirement. The selected candidate will also bring experience working with CLM platforms and processes as they relate to procurement intake, vendor onboarding, and contract approvals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support Zip implementation for intake, procurement workflows, and policy alignment
  • Configure Zip intake forms, approval flows, and integrations with ERP/CLM systems
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Finance to streamline CLM processes
  • Support intake-to-contract workflows including vendor onboarding, SOW/contract initiation, and routing for approvals
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, user training, and change management activities
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to Zip or CLM configuration to ensure timely execution

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Zip in a live enterprise implementation or operational role (must-have)
  • Strong functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and related procurement operations
  • Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems or processes within Procurement
  • Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and accelerate time-to-value
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with Zip and/or CLM tools

Zuora Revpro Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Zuora Revpro Business Analyst  to join our IT Backoffice team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and optimizing revenue accounting processes, working closely with systems such as Salesforce (SFDC), Workday, and Zuora RevPro. You will have the opportunity to participate in end-to-end revenue lifecycle projects, including integrations, business intelligence, robotic process automation (RPA), and revenue disclosures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to deepen their expertise in revenue recognition and financial systems within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in revenue systems support, including troubleshooting application and process issues.
  • Assist with the monthly pre-close and close activities, ensuring accurate and timely revenue reporting.
  • Support and document revenue report tie-outs, system upgrades, and ongoing patches.
  • Conduct use case and regression testing for system enhancements and customizations.
  • Design and document business requirements (BRD), support user acceptance testing (UAT), and engage with end users to resolve incidents.
  • Contribute to projects related to business area integrations, BI, RPA, SSP analysis, and revenue disclosures.
  • Participate in a RevPro Optimization Project, gaining exposure to the full quote-to-revenue lifecycle.

 

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition (ASC-606), and core finance functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Zuora RevPro and upstream ERP systems (preferably Q2C-SFDC).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate a strong drive for learning and professional growth.
