Requirements:

Job Title: Azure Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Remote (Candidates must work in the Central or Eastern Time Zone)

Duration: 4–8 Weeks (Part-Time Engagement)

Hiring mode: C2C

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer for a short-term, part-time remote engagement. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience and must be proficient in configuring and managing critical Azure infrastructure components, including VPNs, databases, networking, and resource sizing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure Azure infrastructure, including Virtual Networks, Subnets, NSGs, and VPN gateways.
• Set up and manage Azure SQL/Database instances with appropriate performance and security settings.
• Implement resource sizing and scaling strategies for compute, storage, and database services.
• Troubleshoot and optimize network configurations and connectivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure infrastructure aligns with business and security requirements.
• Document configurations, setup processes, and provide knowledge transfer as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience in Azure infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure networking, including VPN setup and configuration.
• Proficient in database setup and management in Azure (SQL or similar).
• Experience in infrastructure sizing and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with ARM templates, Azure CLI, or PowerShell is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
