Job Title – Sr. Engineer, M365 Platform
Job Type: - Contract
Location: Culver City, CA
The Sr. Engineer will be a senior member of a team accountable for the design, implementation, management, maintenance and security of Microsoft 365 (M365) platform. The Sr. Engineer will collaborate with operation teams to optimize and secure M365 product suites, which includes identity, communications, collaboration, analytics and visualization, advanced technology, productivity tools and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cloud services and a passion for improving user experiences through innovative technology solutions and service excellence.
The Sr. Engineer is responsible for providing infrastructure support functions including problem determination and resolution, technical solution development, policies, procedures and processes governing the use and operation of the M365 platform in accordance with company policies.
| This position requires an emphasis on infrastructure problem management, project management as well as building and maintaining positive business relationships with the IT Organizations, clients, and vendors. Fulfilment of responsibilities must be performed with a minimum amount of supervision. |
