Role: Salesforce Reporting and Dashboard Admin/ Support
Location: REMOTE
Need Admin or Salesforce Support who have worked on dashboard and reporting.
Dashboard Design and Development
- Create dynamic, interactive dashboards in Salesforce to provide real-time insights into key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and design intuitive, visual dashboards that align with business objectives.
Report and Dashboard Creation, Validation & Maintenance
· Develop and customize Salesforce reports to capture relevant data for sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
· Build dashboards that consolidate multiple reports into an easy-to-digest visual format for tracking KPIs and trends.
· Perform regular data audits and quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reports and dashboards.
· Cross-validate dashboard and report data against other sources to ensure accuracy and alignment with business rules.
· Regularly update and maintain dashboards and reports to reflect changes in sales processes, metrics, or data structures.
· Optimize dashboards and reports for performance and ease of use, ensuring timely access to insights with minimal lag.
· Implement automated data refreshes and delivery of recurring dashboards and reports to relevant stakeholders.
User Support and Training
· Provide training and support to end-users on how to interpret and utilize dashboards and reports effectively.
· Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to enhance the reporting experience and ensure user needs are met.
· Create and maintain documentation for dashboard and report development, including data sources, workflows, and validation procedures.
Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting
· Monitor dashboard and report performance, addressing any load-time issues, errors, or user experience problems.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data refreshes, report generation, or dashboard performance.
· Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to integrate Salesforce data with other business intelligence tools, ensuring seamless data flow.

Key Qualifications
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred).
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce reports and dashboards, including building, customizing, and maintaining them.
- Experience in data analysis and report development within Salesforce.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar). (Power BI experience is required)
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and other Salesforce tools like Salesforce Einstein Analytics (CRMA, required) or Tableau CRM (required).
- Experience working in sales operations, business intelligence, or analytics roles is an advantage.
