TITLE- Performance Tester

 

LOCATION- Onsite - 2200 Ross Avenue, Dallas TX, 75201

 

DURATION-6 Month Contract + Extension

 

INTERVIEW-1-2 rounds

 

Primary Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in performance testing, with a strong emphasis on JMeter.
• Proven expertise as a Performance Testing SME, with the ability to provide technical leadership and strategic insights.
• Proficient in scripting and executing tests in JMeter and analyzing results.
• Experience with monitoring tools and technologies to capture performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of application performance metrics, including throughput, latency, response time, and capacity.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines and how they integrate with performance testing.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other performance testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) and testing applications hosted in the cloud.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for customizing test scripts.
