Role Description:            

A Java architect designs and oversees the implementation of Java-based software systems.

Their responsibilities include:

Technical leadershipLeading technical teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices are followed System designDefining the overall structure of the system, including the platform architecture, technology, and tools Performance optimizationIdentifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, and optimizing code and algorithms Security

Ensuring that Java applications are secure and comply with security best practices Technology evaluation

Evaluating new technologies, tools, and frameworks to determine their suitability for use in the organizations projects Collaboration

Collaborating with various stakeholders to clarify business needs and detect dependencies, impediments, and potential risks

Technical guidance

Providing technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers

Continuous learning

Keeping Java knowledge and skills up to date by attending professional events and reading industry news

Competencies: Agile Way of Working, Java Architecture

Experience (Years): 10 & Above

Desirable Skills: Agile Experience
