Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Hyperautomation Engineer to drive automation and AI-led transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in UiPath and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with the ability to design, build, and deploy scalable hyperautomation and agentic AI solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of hyperautomation solutions using UiPath, Agentic AI, ML, and Generative AI, aligned to complex business processes.
• Architect and implement integrated automation solutions leveraging GCP services (DocAI, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery) and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate closely with business and operations teams to identify automation opportunities, ensure solution quality, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to development best practices and standards.

 

Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development (IDP, RAG, Agentic AI).
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification preferred, with strong knowledge of REFramework, Orchestrator, and Studio.
• Experience with Java and Python, system integrations using SQL and REST APIs, and cloud-native deployments on GCP (GKE preferred).
• Strong business process analysis skills (BPA/BPMN) and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Solid understanding of AI/ML and LLM-based solutions, with the ability to translate business needs into technical implementations.
