Job Title: Senior MDM Resource with Stibo Experience

Location: Remote (East Coast candidates preferred)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior MDM Resource with Stibo experience to join our team. This is a remote position with no office requirements. The candidate should be located on the East Coast and must be available for weekend production cutovers, which will occur once a quarter starting this December.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, modify, and evaluate programs for internal functional areas such as finance, HR, and marketing.
• Analyze existing programs or create logic for new systems.
• Prepare flowcharts, perform coding, and test/debug programs.
• Develop conversion and system implementation plans.
• Prepare and obtain approval for system and programming documentation.
• Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
• Train users in the conversion and implementation of systems.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 7 years in Master Data Engineering.
• Education: At least a BA in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Certification: Preferably Stibo Systems Academy certification.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Strong communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, Directors, and VPs.
2. Ability to work as a team player in a smaller team (10-12 members) alongside an external professional services team.
3. Solid technical skills.
4. Ability to present information effectively to the team.
5. Understanding of Agile working environments.
