• Manage Processes and Routines needed to ensure that product predictability delivers value that includes financial, control, or process roadblocks.
• Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of Potential strategies.
• Responsible for US payroll product vision, roadmap and delivery solutions.

 

• Experienced on Workday Payroll Configuration with end to end implementation experience.
• Cross-functional dependencies and business readiness are articulated with quality execution.
• Experience in Compensation configuration, US payroll processing experience.
• Worked on enhancements and complete development activities.
• Proficient knowledge on HR business processes.
