Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide functional expertise, guidance, and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors' products.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations to clients on SuccessFactors’ products
• Troubleshoot and resolve assigned system defects.
• Ensure quality control of consultant configurations to meet client deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers to maintain project work within budget.
• Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices.
• Enhance knowledge of modules and best practices.
•  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business.
• 5 years of SuccessFactors consultant experience.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• SuccessFactors certification preferred
