12+ months contract

 

Rate- $55 to $58/hr on C2C

Try for AZ or PST location consultant 

 

JD:

Qualifications

• Experience in SQL development experience using SSMS, SSIS, and SSRS is preferred
• Experience with database and query performance tuning, sizing, and optimization is required
• Strong experience developing and supporting stored routines (procedures and functions)
• Experience working on BI tools – Qlik preferably
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills with the ability to clearly articulate solution alternatives
• Information Security domain knowledge is preferred (e.g. tools and technologies)
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in an Agile development environment (e.g. Scrum)
• Strong work prioritization, planning, and organizational skills
• Be able to collaborate effectively, work closely within a coordinated team environment, and maintain composure while dealing with time sensitive deadlines
• A self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into reporting and metric solutions
• Identify and analyze data discrepancies and data quality issues and work to ensure data consistency and integrity
• Write and modify stored procedures and scheduled jobs
• Query tuning and optimization
• Develop net new Qlik reports and modify existing Qlik and SSRS reports
• Analyze data and metrics to detect underlying trends and patterns
• Integrate innovative solutions involving different technologies/products and support the development of testing and acceptance of prototypes and product recommendations
• Assist junior team members with their tasks, train them and review their work
