Role:- Test Analyst with Claims processing) and PBM understanding-

Location- Remote

Job Description/ Responsibilities-

 

-Health Care Knowledge (Claims processing) with PBM understanding

- Benefits Understanding of the Client Business requirement and Client Adjudication system

-Client Facing communication skills

-Create Functional specification document based on the Client Business requirement

-Review XMLs and work on mapping documents between Source and target system Guiding the Configuration team and Testing team for Requirements clarification

-Support the Defect Management process Requirement management via SFDC tool.

-Requirements Analysis, plan build in Rxclaims, coordinating with coding and other support teams

-Offshore team coordination, defect triage, status reporting and risks/issue reporting.

 

Knowledge Management & Capability Development:

- Provide inputs to teams for training etc.

- Identify the training needs and conduct internal sessions to meet the same

- Partner with Cognizant academy to Create curriculum, assessments, training programs, courseware based on new service offerings / solutions etc.

- Update collateral on to the knowledge management repository

- Gain and cultivate domain expertise to provide best and optimized solution to customer
