Role name: Technical Account Manager

Iselin, NJ(South)

Duration : Contract

 

Role Description:            

? Infrastructure Project Manager with Concentration in Facilities/Construction Project Management with PMP certification preferred

? Minimum 15 years of overall experience which includes 13+ years experience as a project manager overseeing large, complex facilities/M&A projects within large enterprise companies

o Senior level experience managing complex, multi-team project schedules and budgets

o Superior communication skills; comfortable with all levels

o Highly driven and detailed oriented o IT/Professional Engineering background (with degree a related degree preferred)

o Experience using enterprise PPM & service delivery tools to manage schedules/budgets/resources

? Must be located in the Raleigh/Durham area and willing to go into the office daily

? Must be willing to work overtime if necessary and travel to other sites occasionally

? Power distribution including UPSs, PDUs, ATSs, generators, as well as NEMA power receptacles (and common power whip voltages/amps for MDFs and IDFs), and NEMA enclosure standards

? General understanding of power distribution IDS/ IES/ IT closets

? Ability to read/create/maintain architectural drawings and understand structural technical impact

? Understanding of ....

o End-to-end networking components (MPLS, Internet, switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) and VoIP/Unified Communications

o Compute/Storage technology stack: Blade servers, vSANs

o Database: SQL, Oracle

o MDF/IDF architecture

o Enterprise video conference and collaboration solutions

o Virtualization solutions: VMWare, Hyper-V o ANSI/TIA standards, J-STD standards, ISO/IEC standards, NEC standards, and BISCI standards

o Ethernet specifications and distance limitations o Copper and fiber standards
