Responsibilities:
· Lead the design, development, and implementation of UiPath automation solutions to automate business processes.
· Research technical solutions and provide leadership and guidance to the RPA implementation Team.
· Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify automation opportunities.
· Design and document automation workflows, including process flow diagrams, technical specifications, and deployment plans.
· Develop and configure automation bots using UiPath Studio, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
· Integrate automation solutions with external systems and applications using UiPath Orchestrator and API calls.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, offshore team members , and infrastructure teams, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of
automation solutions.
· Conduct code reviews and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation workflows, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
· Understanding \Experience of health care domain
· Knowledge and experience in Document handing using OCR and or Document understanding module in UiPath

· Proven experience as a UiPath Developer, with at least 5+ of experience in developing automation solutions using UiPath.
· Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding and other UiPath products.
· Solid understanding of RPA concepts, principles, and best practices.
· Experience in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
· Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
· Process Mining knowledge
· UiPath certification(s) such as UiPath Certified RPA Developer is a plus.
Knowledge and experience in UiPath cloud and Kubernetes cluster a
