Skill-set description and Responsibilities: Salesforce.com Consultant/BSA This requirement is for an SFDC Consultant/Advisor with good experience in Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud. The person should have driven or played an integral role in a minimum of 4-5 different FSC and Experience Cloud implementations, of not less than 6 months each. 

1. Total IT industry experience of atleast 8 years, with atleast 5 of those in Salesforce.com. Projects experience with specific reference to CRM Roadmap planning and FSC/Experience Cloud / Salesforce / Force.com Implementation / Architectural oversight will be necessary.

 2. Should have experience working with SFDC objects, configuration, and administration essentials. 

3. Ability to capture requirements from business users - requirements may pertain to implementation of FSC/ Experience Cloud or may pertain to development of pure-play Custom-applications on the Force.com platform.

 4. Must have high degree of competence in using issue tracking tools like JIRA and should have solid experience in documenting EPICs, Features and user stories 

5. Must have spearheaded large scale workshops to gather business requirements.

 6. Knowledge of Requirements Analysis and Management processes: Very strong hands-on experience and high degree of comfort in preparing Requirement artifacts like BRD, SRS (Functional requirements), Gap analysis documents/Use-cases, and Solution Design documentation. 

7. Important! -- Very good Experience in Designing solutions in FSC/ Experience Cloud/ Custom solutions based on a BRD or user stories and churning out a Solution Design / Technical Design Document.

 8. Also need to be able to build prototype configurations in Salesforce as needed

 9. Apex/Visualforce knowledge will be nice to have, but not mandatory, as long as the person has very good experience in doing Solution Design/Technical Design. 

10. Knowledge of, and experience in Salesforce.com CODE-level re-engineering / Code optimization will also be good-to-have. Some reasonable hands-on knowledge in Apex/Visualforce/Javascript frameworks/HTML5/Web-Services will be needed.

 11. Experience in interacting with Business teams and Users across different geographies, and in running end-to-end Requirements-gathering and Design-brainstorming sessions. 

12. Experience in Omnistudio is good to have

 13. Good communication and analytical skills are a Must - the person should be able to grasp user requirements quickly, and also be able to present information to users effectively during design / prototype reviews / JAD sessions
