Skills: Guidewire, JAVA, J2EE, AWS

• Must have experience in Application Support and Maintenance
• Good experience in Incidents Monitoring and resolution
• Knowledge in ticket tracking tools
• Very good problem solving and communication skills.
• Good in handling escalations
• Ability to provide and implement technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
