Job title: Program Manager
Location: 100% Remote. Travel need would be for critical phases of the program, critical meetings/relationship building, etc. for examples, in next three months, we would expect this role to travel about 2 weeks.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 18 to 22 years of experience to oversee and manage a large-scale custom OMS build out on a modernized microservices architecture on GCP platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and a deep understanding of multi-channel order management systems and would have managed at least 1 or 2 large scale Order management transformations in the past. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and implementation of multi-channel order management programs.
• Oversee the coordination and management of project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of multi-channel order management systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize program outcomes.
