Position  :: Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM Consultant

Location   :: Remote

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM modules, focusing on Manufacturing, Purchase Order (PO), and Inventory.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM modules to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Process Optimization:
• Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement solutions to streamline manufacturing, procurement, and inventory management processes.
• Ensure that all solutions are scalable and aligned with the company’s long-term strategic goals.
• Project Management:
• Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. •         Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Finance, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all project milestones are met.
• Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM modules.
• Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and other documentation to support system use and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM modules, providing ongoing support as needed.
• Ensure that all Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM implementations comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing, procurement, and inventory management.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM Consultant with expertise in Manufacturing, Purchase Order (PO), and Inventory modules.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM architecture and functionality.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM is highly desirable.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion integrations and data migration.
• Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud modules, such as Finance or Order Management, is a plus.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
