Job description :
· To support program Creation, management & maintenance activities. Front line Vetting of requests
· Should have strong business communication skills.
· Ability to focus on high quality of deliverables accurately and timely.
· Intermediate levels of proficiency in MS Office and good skills in MS Excel
· Ability to learn fast, retain knowledge and adapt quickly to evolving business requirements and /or changes
· Familiarity with working in a multi-stakeholder and outcome driven environment.
· Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability in order to proactively take ownership and provide resolutions promptly
· Customer service background/experience is preferrable.
· Having good knowledge and/or working experience in at least one of the following areas in business process operations/Program creation, Maintenance & Forecasting & Spend management, co-ordination & Backoffice support operations - creation/validation of IO, PO, POE , Documentation & compliance reviews
