Detailed Job Description
- Proficient in Solution Architecture and Standards.
- Strong analytic, problem solving, and decision-making skills that is needed to help develop a conceptual technical solution for the project.
- Well-developed written/verbal communication skills, planning and organizational skills are required. Solution Architect will communicate to several audiences which includes Management, IT Teams, and Business colleagues.
- Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision. Ability to coordinate activities with other technical staff and team members is required
- Knowledge of the ZOS Mainframe is required to provide Architecture guidance for the Mainframe Applications. Knowledge of the data structures and components on the IBM Mainframe such as DB2, VSAM, and CICS is required to assist in developing Conceptual Solutions.
- Knowledge of the Open Text Exstream software is a benefit but not required. Knowledge of the distributed environment is required to assist with the conceptual solutions for Exstream and Hogan Deposits Score which reside in a distributed platform.
- Working knowledge of the Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Visio.
