Title – Lead .NET Developer
Location- Hybrid Chicago. (For now, once a week or so but there is no hard date. If a meeting warrants physical attendance the candidate is supposed to be present)
Interview Process - 2 Video Rounds, 1st Round - 2 team members / 2nd round with HM
o What days will be in-office and remote (i.e. Monday, Tuesday, etc.): Not a fixed date for the team but mostly either Wed or Tues
o What shift (if applicable)/Start Time: mostly 9:00-5:00 but depends on development pod they will be attached - the timing need to be flexible and be able to support off hours when required

Job Summary:
• Serve as the technical lead for one or more agile development pod
• Design, develop and modify software applications/systems according to specifications.
• Leads the discussions with Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, Tech Leads and User Experience Designers on potential software solutions for business specifications.
• Provides support to the engineers, architects, during design, implementation, and operationalization at airports.
• Supports and troubleshoots software systems as required, helps optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing follow-up on all issues and solutions.
• Program and build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. You will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support.Primary Responsibilities:
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
• Test and deploy applications and systems Revise, update, refactor and debug code
• Improve existing software
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer
• Familiarity with the Angular and MVC
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Familiarity of Agile methodologies.
• Analyze and troubleshoots software systems as required, helps reduce system errors, optimize performance, analyze & resolving problems, and provide follow-up on all issues and solutions according to the ITSM practices
• Participates actively in Incident Bridge calls, agile ceremonies and provide updates
