Oracle Record-to-Report (R2R) is a set of integrated business processes within the Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP system that encompasses the entire accounting cycle from recording financial transactions to producing financial reports.

 

As an Oracle Record-to-Report (R2R) consultant, your role revolves around configuring, implementing, and optimizing the R2R processes within Oracle ERP systems.

 

 

An R2R functional consultant should have a strong background in:

• Oracle ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP modules relevant to R2R processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
• Software development process SDLC
• Agile framework
• Business process improvement
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
• Strong analytical skills
