Role: OpenText Extreme Cloud Admin
Location: EST time zone
Duration: Long Term
Only USC, H4EAD and H1B
Passport Number and Active LinkedIn mandator for submission
Looking for an administrator with the real-time experience on OpenText Extreme Cloud v22 or above.
OpenText Extreme Cloud Administration:
- Manage and optimize OpenText Extreme Cloud version 22.0 and above, including troubleshooting and implementing solutions according to best practices.
- Hands-on experience with the OpenText Extreme Cloud product is must.
Client Communication:
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively serve as the primary client contact.
- Responsibilities include managing client interactions, addressing their needs and concerns, and facilitating meetings and presentations to demonstrate OpenText Extreme Cloud solutions.
Offshore Coordination:
- Supervise and coordinate offshore teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
- Act as the liaison between onshore and offshore teams, overseeing performance and ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Java microservices for enhancing and integrating with OpenText Extreme Cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in AWS for deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud solutions is also beneficial.
Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate strong communication and client-facing abilities with a proven track record in successful client engagement.
Certifications:
- OpenText Extreme Cloud certification is advantageous.
Industry Knowledge:
- Experience or knowledge in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
