Position : Cisco Webex Connect Engineer
Location : Nashville, TN (Day 1 Onsite)
Duration : Long Term Contract( C2C or W2)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the Design, Implement and support advanced Messaging solutions to replace existing Raven and Twilio.
• Utilize knowledge and understanding of Cisco WebEx Connect, and the associated Ecosystem.
• Lead technical discussion through project life cycle, including design, implementation and support, across technology platforms.
• Collaborate with members of the team, contributing to the team's success overall.
Required Skills:
• 1-3+ years of experience with Cisco Webex Connect
• Enable third-party systems to trigger outbound customer interactions in Webex Connect via APIs or files based on contextual customer and business actions and events
• experience using APIs and SDKs to build applications that improve end-to-end customer journeys and operational efficiency.
