CPQ is a tool used for Product Quoting, Configuration and pricing. I’m looking for someone experienced on CompanyRulestream (preferred) by Siemens but as long as the manager has experience with running CPQ programs, that will work.
Experience : 7+ yrs 

Necessary Expertise:

At least 5 years of program management experience, particularly with CPQ or comparable high-level software projects.

Proficient in project management practices, including familiarity with PMO strategies and resources.

Outstanding leadership, communicative, and social abilities, with the capacity to effectively interact with organizational teams.

Competent in handling intricate projects involving multidisciplinary groups and diverse stakeholders.

Informed about sales operations and the integration of technology in expansive enterprises.

Holding a Project Management (PMP) certification or its equivalent is considered an asset.

 

Description

The Project Manager’s role is pivotal in overseeing the comprehensive deployment of our enterprise CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) software for Hussmann. This position is instrumental in revolutionizing our sales procedures, elevating the client experience, and expediting the introduction of new products and services to the marketplace. Candidates who excel in this role typically possess extensive experience in orchestrating major CPQ system rollouts, with a preference for backgrounds in the refrigeration or discrete manufacturing field.

 

Primary Duties:

Collaborate intimately with IT, sales, finance, and product departments to customize the CPQ system to business specifications and ensure seamless integration with current infrastructures.

Direct a diverse project team, inclusive of third-party vendors and consultants, to fulfill project benchmarks and outcomes.

Craft and sustain an all-encompassing project roadmap detailing tasks, pivotal dates, progress, and allocation of resources.

Employ project management instruments and methodologies to monitor project progress and oversee team activities and processes.

Engage with key players to ascertain system necessities, alterations, and setups required for the CPQ platform.

Guarantee adherence to the predefined budget and schedule, applying adjustments as needed.

Conduct change management initiatives, providing training and assistance to users following the system’s launch.

Consistently update leadership and relevant parties on project status.
