Description:

HYBRID (2-3 DAYS/WEEK)
NEED LOCAL PROFILE WITHIN 100 MILES RADIUS
VISA- USC/GC only

** Provide server and related infrastructure support to the Client, which is implementing new laboratory information management systems and a new high-performance computing device for genomic sequencing work
· Installing, configuring, and maintaining server hardware and operating systems
· Administration and management of VMWare infrastructure like vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and virtual machines.
· Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
· Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability.
· Implementing security measures, including backups, and data protection.
· Managing software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
· Automating administrative tasks and creating scripts for system management.
· Craft and implement network configurations and test plans
· Gathering and presenting System Performance Metrics
· Perform platform software upgrades and failover testing
· Administration of routers, switches, and other network equipment
· Perform audits as needed
· Work with IT teams in preparing platform enhancements and configurations
· Identify areas of the infrastructure for optimization
· Develop detailed architectural diagrams and procedure documents
