Elastic (ELK) Engineer

Location: Chicago, IL

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Elastic (ELK) Engineer to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our ELK Stack infrastructure. You will work closely with other engineers and developers to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana)
• Develop and implement data pipelines for log ingestion and processing
• Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations for real-time data analysis
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ELK Stack
• Stay up-to-date on the latest ELK Stack technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with other engineers and developers on data-related projects

 

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience with the ELK Stack
• Strong understanding of Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana
• Experience with data pipelines and data processing
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
