Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Product Management skills:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAP technical solutions, aligning with business goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the SAP technical landscape.
- Drive the prioritization of features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impact.
- Work closely with development teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of SAP technical products and initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior product management team members.
Architecture and Design:
- Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement SAP integration solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during implementation and customization of SAP solutions.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform system performance tuning and optimization to maximize the performance of SAP solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP solutions and architecture.
- Stay current with SAP technologies and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform.
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming and SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies, such as SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Integration.
- Experience with SAP security and authorization concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ERP Experience skills Required (As TMO is migrating from SAP to Oracle):
- Lead the design and architecture of ERP solutions, including requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and customization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement ERP integration solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during ERP implementation and customization.

- Experience with ERP implementation methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in ERP-specific programming languages (e.g., ABAP for SAP, PL/SQL for Oracle).
- Knowledge of ERP integration technologies, such as middleware and APIs.
- Experience with ERP security and authorization concepts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP technical solutions development and product management.
- Deep understanding of SAP technologies, including SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SAP technical products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with ERP implementation methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in ERP-specific programming languages (e.g., ABAP for SAP, PL/SQL for Oracle).
- Knowledge of ERP integration technologies, such as middleware and APIs.
- Experience with ERP security and authorization concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP technical architecture and implementation.
- ERP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Development Professional) preferred.
