Job Description:

• Partner with marketing, loyalty, and MarTech teams to understand their data needs and challenges.
• Design and develop data architectures that support efficient data collection, storage, integration, and analysis.
• Implement data solutions using relevant technologies such as data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
• Work with data engineers and analysts to develop and implement data models.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in data management and analytics.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect or similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and developing data architectures for marketing, loyalty, and/or MarTech applications.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Experience working with big data technologies (a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
