Testing Lead with hotel ops experts AND functional epics -Location: Bethesda, MD ONSITE ( NO GC) Must Have: ¿ Use knowledge of usability testing to partner with hotel ops experts to build use cases based on functional epics to inform usability testing. ¿ Act as key team member for usability testing, looking for key functionalities, error states, and areas previously unaccounted. ¿ Use JIRA to track all usability testing results and required next steps or fixes. ¿ Elicit, prioritize, and document user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile development environment. ¿ Facilitates business requirements analysis and functional design work sessions, including creating business presentations, communications, and documentation. ¿ Identifies creative solutions to business requirements, analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of alternatives, and provides recommendations. ¿ Identify opportunities to enhance the business partnership and planning processes. ¿ In alignment with all stakeholders, ensure procedures, processes, and proper change controls are adhered to on all functional changes and implementations.
