Role: UC Solution Engineer
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Day 1 Onsite)
Client: Infosys / Comcast

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Unified Communications (UC) Solution Engineer with strong expertise in VoIP architecture, SIP-based systems, and enterprise voice platforms. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting scalable UC solutions in a large enterprise environment.

Key Skills

• SIP, IMS, BroadSoft, Unified Communications
• SIP / PRI Trunking
• VoIP Architecture & Call Center Platforms
• RTP, SDP, TLS, Voice Protocols
• Linux (scripting, troubleshooting tools: grep, awk, tcpdump, vmstat)
• REST / SOAP Web Services
• Networking: LAN/WAN, VLANs, Routing, Ethernet
• Packet analysis & troubleshooting tools

Responsibilities

• Design and implement UC / VoIP solutions based on business requirements
• Troubleshoot voice applications and call center systems
• Provide architectural guidance for UC infrastructure
• Analyze system performance and recommend scalability improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Perform deep packet-level analysis for issue resolution
• Support integration of SIP-based systems with enterprise networks
